The OXO POP Brown Sugar Preserver is a reusable terracotta disc that prevents brown sugar from hardening by keeping it soft and fresh.

Directions: Soak the preserver for 15 minutes, dry it, and then attach it to the underside of the POP container lid. Re-soak as needed to keep the sugar fresh. Do not wash with soap. Recommended for use with the 1.1 Qt / 1.0 L POP container holding 0.5 kg of brown sugar and the 1.7 Qt / 1.6 L POP container holding 1 kg of brown sugar; also fits POP containers with lids: A, B, C, D, E.
