14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How to Return an Item
Before returning an item, please contact us through our Contact Us page and provide your order number.
For returns from Slovakia and the Czech Republic, eligible parcels can be returned via Packeta using our return code:

Where available, we will provide you with instructions for the easiest return method.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products should be complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store.
If the product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- your order number,
- a description of the problem,
- photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.
We will provide instructions on how to proceed and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Return procedures and shipping options may vary depending on the country from which the goods are returned.

Exchanges
If you would like a different product, size or variant, please return the original item and place a new order.
