By placing an order through our online store, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to consumers. Where a customer purchases goods in connection with their business or professional activity, mandatory consumer protection provisions may not apply.
2. Products and Prices
The products displayed in our online store are offered subject to availability.
Product images are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography or natural variations in materials.
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market and include applicable taxes where required.
Any delivery charges or other applicable costs are shown before the customer completes the order.
3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
Products can be ordered through our online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.
Before submitting an order, the customer has the opportunity to review and correct the information entered.
After an order has been submitted, the customer receives an electronic confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including obvious pricing or product information errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to supply the ordered product. If payment has already been made, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the customer's country, currency and market.

Where applicable, payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers and may be subject to their respective terms and conditions.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver throughout Europe and to selected international destinations.
Available delivery methods, delivery costs and other applicable shipping conditions are displayed during checkout and depend on the destination, parcel size and weight, and available delivery services.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of the decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement.

7. Returns Following Withdrawal
After notifying us of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in accordance with applicable law and the return instructions provided by us.
The customer may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
The customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
For eligible returns from Slovakia and the Czech Republic, customers may use the Packeta return service according to the instructions provided on our Returns & Refunds page.
For returns from other countries, customers should contact us before sending the goods so that we can provide appropriate return instructions.
Unless otherwise provided by applicable law or expressly agreed by us, the customer bears the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal. EU rules require this to be disclosed in advance; otherwise the trader may become responsible for those costs.
8. Refunds
Where a consumer validly withdraws from the contract, payments received from the consumer, including the cost of standard delivery where required by law, will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or the consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, where permitted by law.
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
9. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the contract, the customer should contact us and provide the order number, a description of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs of the product and packaging.
Consumers are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.
For consumers in the European Union, goods are covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.
10. Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep information about product availability accurate.
In exceptional circumstances, a product may become unavailable after an order has been submitted. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will inform the customer and refund any payment made for the unavailable product.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tidies s.r.o. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.
12. Intellectual Property
All content of the Tidies online store, including texts, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.
13. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

These Terms & Conditions and contracts concluded through the Tidies online store are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
If the customer is a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive the customer of any mandatory consumer protection rights provided by the law of the country in which the customer habitually resides.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services, payment or delivery methods, or applicable legislation.
The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when the order was placed.
